The place was charming and impecable and the staff were very kind, the location was wonderful close to Riva centre. Superior queen room I stayed at was bright with a bath. The service was exceptional and the pool was great. Besides, parking was available onsite.

The hotel had a very central location close to everything. I was there for 7 nights and ate at à la carte restaurant for dinner. The free parking was onsite, very good service.
Well Wi-Fi connection was slow, and there was too soft bed in my room.

The breakfast was massive, had amazing meals. My room was well presented and brand-new with an incredible view of mountains and balcony at the back. Location: the hotel was very close to downtown & lake, beach and the main commercial shopping area and the old town, lovely staff, great breakfast and lovely modern comfortable rooms. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

The breakfast was large and the place was perfectly clean. Stayed in new-fashioned suite with bath robes, tea, for example. The pool area was nice and the location was good and amazing, just next door to Bergamo airport, town centre, and the beaches. I ate in the à la carte restaurant nearby.

The hotel was set in a very central area near to about ten minutes walk from the old town and less than that to the lake, the centre of a beautiful town and the main commercial shopping area and the old town. Visited Fiera di Riva del Garda, located at a medium distance from the venue.
